Meet Dr. Jay Ebadat, DC
Dr. Jay Ebadat has been delivering chiropractic care to San Jose, West San Jose, and the South Bay since 1995, and has treated more than 50,000 patients. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and built his practice around spinal rehabilitation and pain management.
Before your visit
- Wear comfortable clothing you can move in
- Bring a photo ID
- Arrive 10 minutes early to complete intake
- Bring any MRI or imaging you already have, though you do not need one to get started
- We're on the corner of Saratoga Ave. and Will Roger, side by side with the Japanese restaurant Udon, just off Highway 280
